At Iframac Service, customer satisfaction comes second only to customer safety; and we go to great lengths to ensure both. Like undertaking a preliminary inspection of each vehicle brought in for maintenance service or repair, as well as an assessment of the work required, in presence and consultation with the customer. Like thoroughly checking each vehicle brought for maintenance service or repair, prior to delivery, with the sort of minute attention to detail which would make a master jeweller proud. Like maintaining on tap, in our computer system, a complete history of each vehicle entrusted to our care.
Our master key to maximum customer satisfaction and safety, however, is specialisation: each marquee is handled by its own team of specialists throughout. The passion for automobiles, for service and for quality is central to our corporate culture. Our highly specialised, marquee-oriented service structure, under the guidance and supervision of experienced automotive technicians, imposes consummate professionalism and discipline. We have the most sophisticated equipment used anywhere for the respective marques which we represent.
This high degree of specialisation and devotion to quality that is the hallmark of Iframac has its price: non-stop training. It is a price that we are all the more willing to pay that there is no end to our principals’ capacity for technological innovation. Evermore sophisticated vehicles require evermore sophisticated equipment and evermore knowledgeable and competent specialists to service them. All our technicians have benefited from specific training provided by those of our principals on whose marques they work – in Mauritius itself for the most part, but also, for many, in Germany, France and Japan, respectively. And, naturally, we run our own in-house training schemes too, on an on-going basis, under the leadership and control of our own technicians.
